Hey all!

So...I haven't been on DA in the longest time. I guess I just fell off the bandwagon of being a lurker and also of being creative with my camera. (Not that I have anything fancy, ya know. It's just a regular ol' Canon digital camera. But still! One has to work with what one has.)

Digression aside, I just got back into DA after seeing some amazing artwork today by davidkawena, the genius who sexified Disney's leading men in his collection, Disney Heroes. Amazing stuff. Maybe a bit *too* sexified for some people's tastes, but art is art. What davidkawena does with his mad photoshopping skillz is incredible, and I call 'em like I see 'em.

And now! I'm going to get into submitting my artsy photos again. Yay! I deal more with nature than people, and I don't really like to touch up my photos on the computer, so what y'all are seeing is the real deal! Mostly, the subjects are flowers, landscapes, walkways, and water features. I might put in some city scenes here too because I also enjoy taking pictures with a metropolitan/urban feel. :-D

It feels good to be alive again.
